Tom Leogrande
Title: WR Coach/Graphic Design

Coach Tom Leogrande is entering his first season with the Broncbuster football progam and will coach the wide receivers. Leogrande also handles the video coordinator duties for the Broncbusters as well as the graphic design and social media accounts. 

Coach Leogrande comes to Garden City from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas where he served as a Quality Control assistant.  

Before Texas, Leogrande coached the wide receivers at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. While at California Lutheran, Leogrande recruited and signed Dave Aranda, current LSU defensive Coordinator, and was the position coach for Tom Herman the current head coach at the University of Texas. 

In between coaching assignments Leogrande worked in the business world as a computer programmer, information systems manager for a municipality and build an ran several businesses.

As a player Leogrande played at California Lutheran University, an NCAA Division II program, and started for 3 seasons at wide receiver and a half a season at quarterback for the Kingsmen. During his time at California Lutheran Leogrande was voted team captain for two seasons.   

Prior to California Lutheran, Leogrande played at Fontana High School in Southern California. During his senior season he was a member of the Steelers’ 1987 High School National Championship team. 

Leogrande holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California Lutheran University. Leogrande is married (Jenny) and has two daughters (Taylor and Peyton).
