Iowa Falls, IA — The No. 8 Garden City Broncbusters turned defense into points early and never looked back, overwhelming Ellsworth 66–10 in a complete road performance.
Lightning start
After a brief opening-series chaos (a fumble on the kickoff followed by an Ellsworth fumble on its first snap), Jaydyn Sisk settled things with a strike to Cenard Bennett for a 38-yard touchdown at 13:29 of the first. Two snaps later, Asher Horn jumped a route and housed a 33-yard pick-six, and the rout was on. Ahmir Smith punched in a 7-yard TD and Lucca Alcaraz Valens added a 20-yard field goal for a 24–3 first quarter.
Piling on before halftime
Sisk's legs made it 30–3 with a 4-yard keeper midway through the second. The offense kept humming as Sisk found Demond Littles Jr. on an 8-yard TD with :52 left, then the defense struck again: Greg Johnson's 31-yard pick-sixpushed the lead to 44–3 at the break.
Third-quarter answer, then the avalanche resumes
Ellsworth briefly stemmed the tide with a 46-yard touchdown late in the third, but not before Sisk and Bennett connected again — this time from 39 yards — to make it 51–3. In the fourth, Tanner Helton powered in from 5 yards, and Kaydon Degraffenreid capped the day with a 45-yard pick-six for the final margin.
