Broncbuster men ninth at Region VI Championships

Hutchinson, KS-The Broncbuster men's track team finished ninth at the 2018 Region VI Championships at Gowans Stadium on Saturday.

The 4x100 relay team of Tre McClary, Jabrionne Bacon, Jonathan Smith, and Tavius Woodall qualified for nationals, finishing fifth with a time of 41.91 seconds. Ruben Huerta was fourth in the pole vault, and Dewayne Reed was fifth in the long jump with a leap of 7.36 meters. David Enns was runner up in the javelin with a throw of 58.80 meters. His teammate Elijah Murrison finished sixth.
