XC Competed at the 2025 NJCAA DI Cross Country Championships
The Garden City CC Men and Women's cross country traveled to Fort Dodge, Iowa to compete at the 2025 NJCAA DI Cross Country Championships! The day took a big turn as the temperatures dropped under 40F and snowfall during the entire morning making the course tougher and challenging with the unexpected conditions.
The women finished 14th out of 26 finishing teams in the NJCAA D1. We were 4th in the Jayhawk Conference. Women came in ranked 16th prior to the race.

Meryeme Mai: 19:15, placed 20th and received All-American Coach Association (top 15%)
Reid Harvey-McKean: 19:34, placed 27th and received All-American Coach Association (top 15%)
Maritza Romero: 20:54, placed 84th
Natalie Guevara: 22:12, placed 121st
Angelica Rangel: 22:51, placed 136th
Umahan Sahin: 23:28, placed 147th
Jaquelyne Gonzalez: 23:42, placed 151st

The Broncbusters will compete at the NJCAA Half Marathon National Championships, Tuesday November 11th. That will conclude the 2025 season. Half Marathoners are listed below:
