Garden City, KS – In a gritty defensive contest at Broncbuster Stadium, the Garden City Community College women's soccer team earned a 0–0 draw against Cowley County on Saturday .
The Tigers controlled much of the offensive flow, outshooting the Broncbusters 18–1, but goalkeeper Isabelle Barsk delivered a standout performance. The freshman tallied nine saves, including several key stops in both halves, to preserve the clean sheet.
Garden City's back line, anchored by Siobhan Davidson and Maddison Foster, absorbed pressure throughout and cleared several dangerous chances. While the Broncbusters had limited attacking opportunities, they showed resilience and discipline to hold one of the conference's top offenses off the board.
With the result, Garden City moves to 7-1-2 overall, 2-1-1 in conference play, while Cowley remains unbeaten at 3-0-2.
